please help transcoding error

hi team i hope im in the right furum i just got a new dvd burner its internal gsa-h10n ikeep getting this error most od the time at the end somtimes in between when its transcoding its says something like error canot trans code files im using nero express vission 3 se you think its the dvd burner or somthing else pritty please help me out guys thank you pedro614
