Windows Media Player - Somthing is wrong.

Every since I upgrade to windoes media player 11 a msg keeps poppin up when I run media player.
So I rolled back to windows media player 10, but the same msg keeps poppin up can anyone help me?

this pops up....

I tried finding the file at the bottom to delete but i dont even kno where that folder is on my computer..


someone plz help so i can listen to my music and continue to burn CD's
