damaged cod2 disk 1

this game was expensive, so just buying a new one is not an option. My cod 2 disk 1 is damaged. can anyone help me with either recovering or getting damaged files? any help is greatly appreciated. I tried to copy it to create another disk.
Specifically, iw_00.iwd, iw_06.iwd, iw_15.iwd, etc cannot be read OR copied. This is where i gave up, so there may be more files i can't get to.

You can try contacting Activision and see about replacing the cd. You will need provide proof of purchase. That is all we can legally recommend.
