My brothers computer will not load :S, ive tryed going into safe mode and everything on that list and it basilcy does something and restarts :S, will i have to basilcy wipe the hole computer because my brother has got files on his computer he would not like to lose if possible.

Restart the computer and keep pressing F8. On the menu, choose the option "Do not restart on system failure" or similiar text. When Windows falls over it should give you a blue screen with a Stop Code and the actual error message. Put them as a reply but don't copy the entire text. We only need the bit in capital letters top left and the Stop Code.
