Hi guys, i created a thread earliar and no one could find a solution.

Therefore i ended up formatting my hard drive to install a fresh copy of windows xp. Now i deleted the original partition and created a new one on one of the hard drives.

It copies all the windows set up files but when the computer reboots windows xp setup doesnt launch, it just checks all the hardware and stays at the same bit saying "press any key to boot from CD". If i dont press a key then it should continue but it just stays there. Without the cd in the drive it does the same thing.

My original set up was RAID STRIPE. I have TWO hard drives - 160 GB each. Now i remember looking at the original partition and it was double the size of the hard drive (does this mean the two hard drives were combined into one partition??).

Can anybody help return it to its original set up please?

Thanks in advance.
