PRO11.MSI Issue

Microsoft put out a patch for (I believe) junk mail. It wouldn't take because it couldn't find the file PRO11.MSI

Now whenever I try to unzip or open an Excel spreadsheet it gives me the "cannot find PRO11.MSI file"

Can anyone help. I have no idea where my original installation CD's are since this computer was a gift...
