Annoying Pop-Up

Okay, so every time I turn on my Pc, I get this warning:

Load library Ralinktek.dll fail

I looked into it and saw that it was something to do with my Belkin wireless etc. Tried to delete, re-install etc, to no avail. Every time you click 'OK' it just appears again.

Help me get rid of it!
