Connection Problems

I have been having problems with applications disconnecting from servers. Here are some symptoms

-People are unable to ping my PC. They get a 'Request Timed Out' message

-If I do not use my 5250 session for a few minutes - a Recieve Error is reported and I have to log back in

- I can call people on NetMeeting but they can't call me

Anyone have any ideas?
