C: Drive D: Drive Space Allocation Help please.

I had a PC built and they allocated 120GB to Drive D: and 130GB to Drive C: How do I change drive D: down and gain space on Drive C:

I don't want to go there if I don't know what I'm doing, all help appreciated thanks ahead of time. Swanys

Need a utility such as Partition Magic (commercial) or this one:

Bearing in mind to back up all important stuff as if these programs are interrupted by power failure or anything, the machine may not be able to boot at all.
