Hello. My name is martha. I'm desperate.
Mine is a HP Pavilion dv6045 nr under Windows XP.
the CD-DVD Drive is a HL-DT-ST GSA-4084N
the network adapter is a Broadcom 802.11 b/g

they are not normally detected. the device manager doesn't acknowledge their presence so I cannot repair the drivers!
I looked in hp.com for the last drivers but that didn't work.

please, help.!!!

:help: :whistling:

Hello,
Usually in the presence of problems such as these, it may be helpful to know if you had changed anything before they stopped working, installed anything, etc.
