So I have a bit of a problem...

Whenever I click on a different program (that the one I'm currently on) in the Taskbar, it doesn't maximize the program, it just starts flashing.

Although Alt+Tabbing from program to program works fine, but clicking on programs doesn't do it.
It just starts flashing and doesn't actually show up.

In order to get it to show up using the Taskbar, I have to click it again (which "minizies" it), then click it again and THEN it maximizes properly.

Just getting a bit annoying.

Anybody can help me?

Thanks in advanced.

Download TweakUI from my list of programs below. Clock on General > Focus. Set "flash task bar button" to 1 time.
