Hello
I am a little gun shy after having an encounter with malware, after that we have a new icon in the tray . The box say's Automatic Update
Two choices to click on.

Express install= easy way to install updates applicable to your comupter or

Custom Install= advanced

at the bottom of the page it say's
Install or cancel.


I don't want the Maware to be hidding around the corner SO, I am asking be fore I have a BIG problem again.

That sounds like the Windows Automatic Updates icon, does it look like a little shield?

Yes, they are updates for Windows that fix bugs and also security issues as they are discovered. You should install these updates regularly.
