Locked out of System

Hi I have a windows XP professional system and I don't have a password reset disk. I have forgotten the admin password. What can I do to re-install and start my system over from scratch? HELP!

Site policy dictates not to discuss circumventing or removing passwords.
Therefore the only solution I can offer you is to boot off an XP CD and wipe the machine.
