my graphics card keeps bringing up graphical issues. some of them are quite irritating but not that big a deal. however earlie it got to the point were suddenly it stopped giving any signal and the monitor shut down. the computer was still running coz the speaker was still playing the audio but the graphics card just stopped. after restarting it went back to normal and then starts giving the "normal glitching.
on the second image i amplified the effect by scrolling the window.
basically everytime i scroll more yellow shows up. it even happens on the main screen sometimes.
any idea what is up. i think it is the graphics card but want to make sure before i send it back. i don't want to be charged incase it wasn't. still think it is since it done the same in another computer.

the graphics card is leadtek 6800GT 256mb PCI-E. power supply is a 500W powersupply from what i understand. (brothers pc)
