i pod connection

hi,

please can some one help me?

i used to have a pc that i connected my ipod nano , i dowloaded music from the pc on to my nano, i have now bought a lap top and i am trying to get the music from my i pod nano onto i tunes on my laptop - so that i can now download this music to my ipod video!

any help would be great!
