I am adding an external 1TB Micronet PlatinumRAID to my Dell Precision 380.

I have an IDE 80GB Western Digital as my main Hard Drive(C:).
I also have 3 Internal Seagate SCSI drives in a RAID 0 array.(D:)

I hooked up the new PlatinumRAID and initialized and formatted it with NTFS.(V:)
The problem is that now when I start the computer, it gets just past the windows screen and then locks up, or it will start very slowly.

The SCSI IDs for the Seagate drives are (0, 1, & 2). The SCSI ID for the PlatinumRAID is (3).
It is not an IRQ issue, and the SCSI is terminated correctly. There is no driver issue because the new
Micronet PlatinumRAID is OS indepedent.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
