Big problem with my computer![CLOSED]

Hello: I have problems with pop ups and one program (power scan) that is installed in my machine.

I am using IE 6.0 and Mozilla Firefox 0.9.2
I have Norton Antivirus
And I ran all the lastest version of ad-aware se personal (it finds more than 200 new critical objects but after clean my computer up all those objects are back in my machine) and spybot but the problem persits.

I really appreciate any help. Thanks so much. :tazz:
