Thanks,
However, I've viewed that topic.
The internet on the computer that this error is happening on, is monitored and VERY limited. I cannot download HiJackThis, or other programs listed. I've put in a special request to do so, and it has been denied.

Anything the computer does.
Opening applications, running IExplorer. Opening My Computer, and any Document. Mostly, the window posted is always open, regardless of which selection is chosen. (Ok, or cancel)

Strange, from reading other posts about "written" errors with SVCHost... It normally deals with Video and Movie files.
These computers have little (as in maybe 2) to none movie files on them. Not only that, this system has nothing for acquiring them or editing.
Perhaps the roots of this error grows from a different seed?
(Computers at my work, specifically the one that has this error has NO movie files on it, neither the software to get/edit any.)
I'm attempting some more of the other "quick fixes" listed on other websites.

The regsvr32 "Quickfix" didn't work either.

Alright!
I got aggrovated at multiple attempts of unsuccessful routes. So I decided to cut back to the basics...again.
Ran Disk Cleanup and a Defrag.
Magically, I no longer recieve that error. I hope this helps.

how would a defrag fix malware?
Im not an expert but with years of removing junk from computers, a defrag never fixed it.

Sorry, my saying "scvhost.exe" was actually a typo. Refer to the picture listed in OP. Sorry for the mix up.
