I'm not sure were to go with this so here goes. I need to send some faxes from my desktop. I have a DSL line and no fax modem. Is there a way that I can still fax documents using the DSL? :tazz:

WXP and W2K both have fax service but you need a modem to use it. I don't know of a way to use dsl to send faxes since there is no "dial up". You could try a google search. I seem to recall there are web based or email based fax services out there (probably for a fee). Once again, Google it and see what you find!

Austin is correct, there are fax for fee and fax for free that will insert advertising atop your fax.

the search you want is "internet fax"
