This is happening to a guy in my office. He's running a windows 7 OS, but I am not certain where to begin looking for these add-ins. His word wont even open... no matter how many times you click okay, it doesn't go away. Any advice to fix this?

I removed Office Live Plugin and .Com addin for Adobe, had no success.

I have installed Visual Basic for Applications from MS Office Shared Tools.

Go to Add/Remove Programs(XP) or Programs and Features(Vista or Win 7) from Control Panel and select Microsoft Office 2007 from the list.
Click Change and click Add/Remove Features.
Expand Office Shared Features and the arrow beside Visual Basic for Applications. Select Installed on First Use.
Click Continue and let the process completed.

Once this is completed, open Word, it will work fine.
