Antispyware/Spyware problems

ok i totally want to get rid of my antispyware, its slowing up my computer like crazy.

heres the thing, i use mozilla, and somehow i got spyware from explorer (must have been someone else while using this computer) and it was getting really annoying.
SO, i totally deleted internet explorer. SO basically i got rid of my spyware problem for the moment, but they are still on the computer. So my computer starts freaking out and downloading antispyware programs that are really retarded.

So basically i need to get rid of both of the spyware and antispyware.

im not sure how to show you how many things i have, so if you could just tell me how to get rid of them or if you need to know how many like problems i have tell me how to find them.
