Unable to log-in to comcast thru selective users names?

I have 3 separate users for log-in to the internet on my laptop. Recently, I was visiting a friends home using MSN dial-up for about a week. When I came home I was unable to log-in through my user name to the Internet using Comcast cable. However, both my son and wife are able to log-in fine. I have no clue on why this is happenning. I have tried multiple reconnects and "repair" to no avail. Plead help ! Thanks, Dave

PS: I have windows XP and am using IE.
