im using a proxy site and when i do it wont let me play some games and things like that in the browser, is there anyway to make it where i can use javascript with it?

Depending on how a proxy is set up it may be possible to filter out certain aspects that render some pages unusuable.
The only real solution to this is to not use a proxy at all if you can help it, or use another one.
