Hi guys, I'm looking for some advice, so thought I'd post here in the hope someone out there can assist me.

I'm about to launch a travel website. It's a unique site unlike no other travel type website out there at present.

Two of us have built the site, and it is due to go live within a week.

I need to compose the Terms & Conditions part of the site, but I am not really sure how to go about this, or infact what to include in order to comply with all the legal bits and ofcourse in order to protect myself againt anything sinister that could arise (not that I expect this atall)

Can anyone give me some advice as to how to go about it.

The site will be used by both casual browsers and UK travel agents.

Any help or assisance would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Do you expect it to be big? If so, you're probably better off getting a lawyer or something.
