Hi first time i have ever had to post anything....a real novice!

I think my pc has some really big issues... i've lost the 'run, shutdown and ctrl-alt +del' functions and have loads of pop ups and the system is running very slow.

have tried to fix myself by reading other topics but having no luck, would really appreciate it if someone could please help me with these problems.
