My son and I are trying to install iTunes so he can use his new iPod Nano.
After following the directions that came with the iPod, I downloaded iTunes.
During the installation there was an error message. The message said to
either run "ISScript.msj" (which I tried, my computer didn't have it) or install
script engine that is missing. I went to the Microsoft website and installed the
newest script engine. I made sure I had the latest Windows update and then
installed the lasted Quicktime. I rebooted my PC. After all of this, I tried downloading the
iTunes again and got the same error message.
Can you give me some help please. I'm pretty good about getting around on the internet
and my computer. I just don't know what else I need to do to get this running.
Any help will be appreciated.
