I have a distribution list. I want to address every person on the list seperate.
ex: Instead of putting Dear Distribution List: I want to be able to put Dear <Contact First Name> <Contact Last Name>:
Is this possible?
Thanks ahead adam

In Office 2002 when I go to Contacts, right click on Dist List and create new message, the dist list name shows up in the To field. But when the email is delivered it has all the emails listed, not the group name.

I'm talking about in the actual message. I think there is some kind of code where you can reference the persons name in the message. I want to personize each message to each contact. Not in the header but in the message.
