I have seen a few other topics that have similar problems but did not know whether to append to those or open up this one.

We have Windows XP and after connecting to the ISP, IE will not load any page. It just brings up the dreaded white page that says to check Connections settings and all that.

We have run both AdAware and Microsoft Antispyware and removed what was found. I did a full system scan on both. I have run HijackThis and here is the log. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeh, I did see that Startnow Navigation Helper is in my programs list and I tried to uninstall it, but got the "fatal error during installation" message popup. I don't know if Startnow is related to the IE problem or not. Thank you in advance for any help.

My Hijackthis log:

Generally speaking, this is a malware issue and belongs in that forum but since it's a one step fix,

Here is your issue

O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\progra~1\newdot~1\newdot~1.dll' missing

Go here and download lspfix
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm

Remove the above setting....leave the rest alone.
