I am attempting to convert current DVD+R to MPEG Clips to e mail, but apparently need a DVD decoder to operate the DVDs on the WMP.I would also like to edit the clips(to make new DVDs later) before I send them.

This appears to be three separate functions needed? Each at a separate cost of $15 to $50 or more.

1.decoder for WMP

2.converter for DVD'd to MPEG's

3.Video editor to edit clips and remake videos

Is there any one product that can handle all three requirements well?

Thanks

Have a look at the trial version of Nero which functions without watermarks or restrictions for a month
