On my DC which is my GC running 2003 SP2 my Application log is loaded with:

The file must be present at the location <\\sixnetio.com\SysVol\sixnetio.com\Policies\{24E348E5-3545-4F44-90A4-170C6B16743B}\gpt.ini>. (Access is denied. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

I am also getting the 1030 event on my XP clients.
