Hi Guys
I am a complete Noob where overclocking is concerned. I read quite a bit of info on overclocking so I decided to have a little go. This is what I did and I would appreciate your comments , please. As my fsb was 200mhz I put that up to 205 and ran the Go- Orthos and cpu-z programs. After 4 pass results with Go- Orthos, here was the cpu – z results.
Mem freq 102.5
Command rate 2T
HT Link 820.01
Bus speed 205
I then decided to up the fsb by 2 noches to 207. That ran ok.
Then I put it up the fsb up to 210.
Speed 2520.3 mhz
Mult x 12
HT Link 840.1
Mem freq 105 mhz
Fsb dram 24
After running the Go- Orthos for a few minutes it all went Red and stopped. I have put the fsb back to 107. As you can see I am not too well up on overclocking. Look forward to hearing from any one.
Cheers

Not all processors are overclockable. Is this a Sempron 3400? They're not hot on overclocking.

Yeah, Socket 754 boards and processors aren't meant for serious overclocking. You've found your limit already, it only went up to 207 and that was it. Not worth the effort in all honesty.
