Generic Host for win 32

latley ive been having problems plying games and i think its got something to do with Generic Host for win 32.

First off i have got sygate personel firewall and when i open it generic host process for win 32 is permantley using the interent which i think is the reason i have such a high ping whenever i trie plkaying anygame

I've heard before that virus can use drivers to bypass your firewall, is this true and what does it do anyway??

How can i stop it??

you can click on run and type Tasklist / SVC press enter. this will give you a list of active processes. for more info type Tasklist /F1 "PID eq processID" with the quotes. also you'll find the groupings in this reg. key...HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Svchost:
