T-6815 notebook built in webcam stopped working it was working fine all the time untill one day i tried and poof stped working im running windows vista home premium 32 bit os. any help would be much apreciated

(also how to re program built in hot keys or quick launch buttons on my note book?) help here would also be much appreciated also.
