system dlls corrupt or missing

I am trying to install ad-aware and spybot search and destroy. Each time I try I get the following error could not initialise installation - system dlls corupt or missing. What do I need to do to get around this?

Please check that you have the two richedit components that Ad-Aware SE uses (riched20.dll & riched32.dll, both in c:\windows\system32 or c:\windows\system for Win98) on your computer, available here:
