Operating System Windows 2000

I check performance and every since I've had wireless (about two weeks) I've been getting (wuaueng.dll codes from (916, 840, 864, 836, and 832) from database log file 607 and 543 error. I do not know it any of this is related.
I have used Ad-aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, AVG, Spywarebot, Combofix, and HijackThis. I do not know what to do.
Is this a virus? If so how do I get rid of it? Has it attached itself to my registry, or is this a system conflict?
I also have been having problems using Internet Explore 6.0 and cannot access Windows updates.
I appreciate any help you can give.
