Im helping my mom on her pc. It has 3 users accounts, When on her account and u open mozzila the display settings change to 8 bit on there own. It only does this on her account and only with mozilla. It doesnt do it with IE. I have looked for all kind of settings to make it not change. I am sure it is a mozilla problem and not a pc. I have run Bit Defender, found 2 viruses and removed.

Well should the display change from 16 bit to 8 bit just by clicking the Mozilla quick launch? Anyone gonna help my poor poor mother. lol
