thank you for the information. Working on uploading the file to our G2G site. Microsoft is moving all of their fixes to the "fix it" automation tool they now offer. However, the cleanup tool is still valid and works fine for software that uses msi for installation. However, it does not work under windows 7. I will update the link and documentation soon.

we have developed one solution and installed in system,so when we want to uninstall through control panel->add/remove programs,it has to ask our solution's user name and password,when we tried to uninstall through control panel it is asking our user name and password,but if we give wrong details also our program is disappearing from control panel->add/remove programs,but it should not happen.please any one has an idea....
help me..
