Scandisk always scheduled on D drive?

I don't know what happens there but what I suggest is that you copy or clone the content of the dirty disk to another disk, format the dirty disk and return the copied/cloned material.

That fixed it! :)
My stepbro moved the HDD to new machine, reinstalled windows and - there we go - scandisk once again after every boot :blink: :help:
He moved the data, reformated and - no more problems :)

Next time I know better :whistling:
