Ok, when you open open something in windows XP, such as say "My Network Places"
How do you turn on/off the option of having the options pane on the left side of the window viewable?
On my moms computer, somehow she managed to turn it off so it doesn't display (just shows the white space, not the options on the left side of the screen with it.

Thanks for the help!

Open My Network Places
Go to Tools
Folder Options
On the General Tab
In the Tasks section
Click Use Windows Classic Folders

Click Ok

That will remove the bar on the left.
