I just had my first blue screen error. What ARE blue screen errors? Just wondering...

Mine said a problem has been defected blah blah Windows had to shut down, etc.

It said "A clock interrupt wasn't received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval." What does that really mean? Just wondering. Also, is it something bad? I'm just trying to find out what it was... It's the first time I've had it within the one month I've had this computer.

My computer is 3GB RAM, 360+GB of HD.
