I am trying to help my sister get set up on the computer. She has not been on computer in about 4 years. Now she is having all kinds of problems. She has tried Bell South and AOL and she cannot get on with either one. Several people who have much experience have not been able to help her.
When she tried AOl, she would get an email, but could not reply. Also she could put an email add of which she wanted to send, but when she tries to type a message, she is unable. She is however able to use AOL's messenger service.
She tried Bell south and when she clicked on the Icon, It would tell her she was not connected even tho Internet Explorer would come up and she would have MSN. We tried to set her up with MSN but was unable.
She has had terribe problems with her phone line, so I am thinking it is the phone service.
Thanks for any help

I would do a reformat sounds like a muti issue, and people here will tell you AOL is bad.

I would update to the latest version of AOL. Found at www.aol.com scrool to the bottom and click downloads.

Didn't help much, but at least it's something.

Thanks,
Tom
