Can't see other peoples signature in there posts

Hi,

I have just come to realize that I can't see others signature when they post, but I can see my own, is this possible

I checked My Controls/ board settings and yes is applied to the appropriate heading.

I also don't have a edit button.

If a mod could please help it would be appreceated.

Hmmm... now all of a sudden I have a edit button and I know that was never there before
