I was wondering if someone could help be with this issue. My Drive E (CD/DVD) is missing. I can open and close the drive, but when I put in a CD/DVD it will not do anything. Drive E is not on my My Computer screen either and when I plugged in my USB cord for my removable drive there, it said it was Drive E. Can someone help me with this. I'm not exactly a computer person so please try to put it in idiot terms with me. Thank you if you respond.
