I periodically get one of the following two errors in the event log which hangs the machine and I have to reboot. No one seems to know much about tmcomm.sys or where it comes from. No information from Microsoft available. Most of the time the errors seem to be with the 64 bit browser.

Yes, Housecall worked with the 32bit browser but not with the 64 bit.

Yes, Housecall worked with the 32bit browser but not with the 64 bit.

Okay...I'm confused! which operating system are you using? :whistling:

Vista Ultimate 64 bit. It comes with both a 32 bit IE7 and a 64 bit IE7.
