I have edow.exe popping up on my pc and I have this mediaaccess that insists on starting on boot up. I have followed all the directions for removing spyware that are posted and have scanned at panda.com. Panda.com tells me I have 2 infections, but I can't figure out how to get rid of them. Please, I need help!!!! Please tell me how to rid myself of this spyware and tell me of any other problems you might see. Thank you.

Because it took so long I found help elsewhere. I do believe the problem is fixed as there are no more popups of the edow.exe message.
