Try starting in SAFE MODE by holding down F8 as the PC boots and choosing SAFE MODE from the menu. Then go to DEVICE MANAGER and remove (uninstall) one of the third-party drivers (eg soundcard, scanner, printer,), then restart NORMALLY to see if problem has gone. Only remove one item at a time. If no change, restart again in SAFE MODE and remove another third-party driver, then restart normal again. When system runs stable, the LAST driver you removed must be the bad one (make a note of what device it was for). Re-install the drivers which you know were okay, then see if any new driver is available on the web to replace the bad one.

you might also consider
Start > run type
eventvwr.msc
then looking under SYSTEM for RED Xs at the time of the reboot.
Reboots tend to be memory related, driver related, or sometimes heat related
