When I run Spybot S&D, it comes up with Altnet and it cannot be deleted. I choose to do it on the next set-up and it does not work then either. I also tried it in safe-mode and the same thing happened. Please help me.

Altnet is usually installed with the official Kazaa Media Desktop. You need to make sure KMD isn't running (check the system tray too) before trying to remove Altnet. You may have to uninstall KMD altogether as well because it may not work anyway if Altnet is removed (can't remember, don't use KMD anymore).
