Best Buy does not have that good of a selection and the prices are higher then what you can get from other online stores. Newegg is one of the best places to find the most selection, reliable seller, and cheap prices. If you still prefer best buy they offer only 2 cards that I would recommend for you, here: http://www.bestbuy.c...sc=abcat0500000
The "BFG - GeForce 8800 GTS OC Graphics Card" and "PNY - GeForce 8600 GTS Graphics Card". The 8800 is more expensive but it will give you a better bang for your buck then the 8600. Also the 8600 is not really for gaming but it is below your $200 budget. Best Buy only offers the latest generation of cards (DirectX 10) but oblivion only needs DirectX 9 so you don't need to spend all of that money on a DirectX higher that you will not use. If you plan to get some new and cool DirectX 10 games then you need a DirectX 10 card and also the operating system Vista (DirectX 10 will not work with XP and the DirectX 10 card will only use DirectX 9).

So:
*Do you want to play DirectX 10 games?
*Do you want to upgrade to Vista?

It seems that you will be better off with a DirectX 9 card because with a card like the 8800GTS your CPU will bottle neck it so the extra money would be worthless (money down the drain).
The GeForce 7900 GS is a DirectX 9 or even better the Radeon X1950 PRO will be more cost effective and is under $200.

GeForce 7900 GS:

Slightly higher performance then 7900 GS, Radeon X1950 PRO:
http://www.newegg.co...Radeon X1950PRO

Also the better performing Radeon X1950 XT:

Edit: Or if you want to get even cheaper the GeForce 7600 GS:
