Red desktop -says Danger SPyware - HELP![RESOLVED]

im a real spaz with pcs.

somehow i picked up adware/spyware


1. my desktop icons have gone
2. my desktop walllpaper is a red screen with an ad saying 'danger -spyware'
3. my mouses right click function has gone


i have tried other folks threads...

1. i have run adaware, spybot, a2, and trend micro house call
2. i ran hijack this..removed all the entries like gty.exe for example
3. I deleted desktop.html (the ad) but it still persists. (i had unhidden everything too)

i have no idea what to do. here is my latest hijack this log....

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
