help new hard drive

Hi everyone, Just bought a western digital 250 GB and installed it just fine.

But I am having a problem when I transfer file avi files to the new drive, it will not play on window media player! I only hear sounds and when I close it it freezes.

The weird thing is when I move the back to the C drive it play just fine! Anyone can help? :tazz:

Also I see these error signature
